Google Accounts Update
On August 12th @mail.csuchico.edu Chico State Google account names were updated to match @csuchico.edu email addresses. This is part of the ongoing mail migration project that started over a year ago unifying all Chico State systems to use the same account name and phase out the former @mail.csuchico.edu domain name.
No action is required, and all Chico State users will still have access to all Google apps and saved files using their @csuchico.edu login.
We are now one step closer to phasing out the @mail.csuchico.edu domain name and streamlining all users to use the @csuchico.edu domain name for all campus services.
For more information see the Google Account Name Change KB (Knowledge Base) article.

Software Access for Courses
Chico State students have access to a range of essential software for their educational needs, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Project, and Mendeley Cite. For a complete list of available software, please refer to our Campus Software Licensing & Purchasing Agreements article.
Students can easily retrieve their Adobe Creative Cloud license by following the instructions in our Knowledge Base article for Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud. We have transitioned to a self-service model for accessing this software suite, making it more convenient for students.
Faculty members who require Microsoft Project or Mendeley Cite for their courses are encouraged to request software access for their class rosters as soon as possible. This proactive step will ensure that students can access the software promptly. Please provide a list of students’ Chico State email addresses, along with the corresponding class name and section (e.g., MADT 101-01).
