There will be an outage of PeopleSoft this weekend for a scheduled system maintenance from 12:00 AM Sunday 04/17 to 6:00 AM Sunday 04/17. All PeopleSoft HRSA services will be down between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, Sunday. We expect all PeopleSoft services restored by 6:00 AM Sunday.  There is a backend database change that is being done that may affect some non-PeopleSoft applications – for example, some CRA jobs may not run correctly or  the Data Warehouse may not be refreshed.  We will work at getting these issues resolved as soon as possible.

There will be a 48 hour outage of PeopleSoft HRSA for a scheduled system update (upgrading PeopleTools from 8.53.02 to 8.54.09) from 5:00 PM Friday, February 12th to 5:00 PM Sunday, Feb 14th. All PeopleSoft services will be down between 5:00 PM Friday, February 12th to 5:00 PM Sunday, Feb 14th. This includes student/faculty/staff access to PeopleSoft Self Service. This will not affect the rest of the Portal or BlackBoard Learn. We expect all PeopleSoft services restored by 05:00 PM Feb 14th.

There will be 6 hour outage of PeopleSoft HRSA production this weekend for an emergency maintenance to repair and replace broken XSCF system board from 11:59 PM Saturday 12/12 to 6:00 AM Sunday 12/13. The production database and application service will be unavailable between 11:59 PM Saturday 12/12 to 6:00 AM Sunday 12/13. We expect all services restored by 6:00 AM Sunday.
