Qualtrics is now available to all Chico State faculty, staff, and students. User are able to self-register for an account by going to: https://csuchico.qualtrics.com.

Qualtrics is a simple to use web-based survey tool to conduct survey research, evaluations, and other data collection activities. Anyone (with no experience) can use this research suite to build surveys, send surveys, and analyze responses – all from any online location, any time you need!

The CSU, Chico Qualtrics license allows faculty, state-side staff, and students to use Qualtrics for university-related business and courses. Using Qualtrics for personal, commercial or other non-academic endeavors is not allowed.
