Bay File Recovery

Technicians have identified a problem that results in Bay rebooting unexpectedly during the file restore process. To stabilize the server they are working with the software vendor and will not perform this type of restore until the root cause is identified. You can access your files on Bay and save them as you have in the past.

If you discover that files are missing,  please submit a request at for file recovery. An alternative file restoral process is being used to recover missing files.
