Voice Services Migration Update

The campus began migrating to a new phone system in January. This work will continue through this year. You can check the Building Migration Roadmap for the status of your building. If your office has been migrated, you may have been given the soft phone solution, Avaya Workplace.

ITSS Summer Hours & Appointments

Starting June 7th IT Support Services hours will be:

Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Appointments will be required for all in-person services.

Appointments will be limited to fifteen minutes. There will be no drop-in service available. Masks are required in ITSS.
