We will be moving all campus email from Gmail to Outlook. Specific migration dates are still being determined. The full timeline should be available in mid-July. Please stay tuned for future communications regarding this change.

Currently Gmail is primarily used by students and Outlook is primarily used by employees. Employees also have Gmail accounts, but most go unused. This migration should not affect employees that do not currently use their campus Gmail account.

Once the transition starts, emails that get sent to your campus Gmail account will be automatically forwarded to your Outlook account, and any existing emails you have within the Gmail account will be moved over to your Outlook account. It is important to note, that this will only change what you utilize for email. You will still have access to the same Google applications that you do today.
