Upcoming System Maintenance

6/18/2015 Update: The voicemail maintenance has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a future date.

Voicemail Maintenance

Scheduled Downtime: 7:00 AM Friday, June 19 to 12:00PM (noon) Friday, June 19
Services Impacted: Campus voicemail, including phone trees/call processors
Anticipated Availability: 12:00PM (noon) Friday, June 19

During the maintenance window outlined above, campus voicemail services may be unavailable as system software is upgraded and tested. During this time, callers will be unable to leave or retrieve messages, but will instead hear a message indicating the system is under maintenance. In addition to typical voicemail messaging, phone trees/call processors handled by that system will also be affected. (i.e. ‘press 1 for person A, press 2 for person B’ prompting).

All services are expected to be fully operational no later than 12:00 noon that same day.

Wireless Client Software Requirements for Macintosh and Windows Systems

Beginning Wednesday July 1st, campus wireless security standards will begin to be enforced for Windows and Macintosh devices. The ClearPass OnGuard Network Access Control (NAC) client, included with the Eduroam configuration, will verify the health of your client device, and ensures it complies with campus security standards before being granted access to the network. Information on Network Access Control is available at http://www.csuchico.edu/nac.
